3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

YouTubeNiches offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal
  • Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan)
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of purchase for refund requests
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

5. Acceptable Use

When using our Platform, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from our Platform without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services

  • Use our platform to produce misleading, deceptive, or spam content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on YouTubeNiches — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the design of our tools — are the property of YouTubeNiches and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may use the insights and data generated by our tools for your own YouTube channel and content creation purposes. However, you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our Platform's proprietary technology or design without our written consent.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our tools use artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to generate recommendations, analyses, and content suggestions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content:

  • Is provided "as is" and for informational purposes only
  • Should not be considered as professional financial, legal, or business advice
  • May not always be 100% accurate or up-to-date
  • Should be reviewed and verified by the user before taking action

YouTubeNiches is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.

8. YouTube Data API Usage

Our platform uses the YouTube Data API to provide analytics and research data. By using our services, you also agree to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YouTubeNiches and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or revenue, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YouTubeNiches, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification).

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Zurich, Switzerland.
